Complete Brewing Systems

We design and fabricate sanitary stainless equipment for beer and wort production, and we specialise in complete brewing systems with integrated automation and CIP/SIP. Automation lets you monitor production and quality. CIP/SIP means cleaning is the same every time.

For a pilot system or a brewery expansion, we model your tanks and pipework in 3D, build them in our stainless-only workshop and deliver them to your site. We also build tanks for distilleries, such as wash fermenters and spirit storage.

Fermenters and Unitanks

Jacketed conical fermenters and unitanks that ferment and condition in one vessel, rated for the pressure you carbonate at.

Brite Tanks

Jacketed brite tanks for conditioning, carbonating and holding beer before packaging.

Wort and Hot Liquor Tanks

Stainless tanks for wort and hot liquor, piped into your brewhouse.

CIP/SIP

Clean-in-place and sterilise-in-place built into the system, with spray balls positioned so the cleaning solution reaches every internal surface.

Integrated Automation

Automation that monitors production and quality, with pumps and valves designed and integrated by us.

We deliver to every Australian state and territory, freighted from our Murarrie workshop by Russell Transport.

How We Build Brewing Equipment

    Design

    We lay out your vessels, pipework and CIP/SIP in 3D and issue approval drawings that fit your building.

  2. 02

    Fabricate

    Our welders build each vessel in our stainless-only workshop and test it before it leaves.

  3. 03

    Deliver

    We deliver the vessels to your brewery, anywhere in Australia, freighted from our Murarrie workshop by Russell Transport.

  4. 04

    Service

    We carry out repairs and modifications in our workshop.

Do you build complete brewing systems?

Yes. We design and build complete brewing systems with integrated automation and CIP/SIP, as well as individual vessels.

What pressure are your unitanks and brite tanks rated to?

We rate each vessel for the pressure you carbonate and transfer at, and can show it on an approval drawing on request.

Can you add tanks to our existing brewery?

Yes. We can draw new fermenters or brite tanks to match your existing vessels, pipework and cellar layout.

Do you build distillery equipment?

We build stainless tanks for distilleries. Talk to us about your wash, low wines or spirit storage needs.

Can you deliver outside Queensland?

Yes. We deliver to every Australian state and territory.

How long does a brewing system take?

It depends on the number and size of vessels and the automation involved. We give you a programme with the quote.
