We fabricate tanks, pressure vessels, equipment and piping in our Murarrie workshop. We handle each job from design to completion, and there is no carbon steel fabrication in our plant, which keeps our sanitary work free of contamination.
Our welders use orbital, TIG, MIG and flux-cored (FCAW) welding.
We deliver your tank to your site, anywhere in Australia, freighted from our Murarrie workshop by Russell Transport. Tanks too large to transport whole are fabricated in our workshop and assembled on site, on request, case by case.
We pressure test the equipment we build in our Murarrie workshop, by hydrostatic test (depending on the size of the tank) or air test. We also do dye penetrant testing and a pre-delivery inspection before it leaves. Radiography is arranged through a NATA-accredited third party, and other testing your specification calls for, such as borescope inspection, riboflavin coverage testing, surface finish (profilometer) checks and material verification, can be arranged through NATA-accredited third-party testers. The results go into your manufacturer’s data report. You and your inspector are welcome to witness the tests at our workshop.
