Every tank is designed for your process and hand built in 304, 316 or higher alloys by people who only work in stainless.
Stainless only
No carbon steel is fabricated in our workshop, so there is nothing to contaminate your sanitary equipment.
Hygienic by design
Built around your CIP system, with spray devices placed for full coverage and the finish specified on the drawing.
Tested before it leaves
Hydrostatic or air tested, dye penetrant tested and given a pre-delivery inspection in our workshop. Radiography and other testing (for example borescope inspection, riboflavin coverage testing, surface finish (profilometer) checks and material verification) can be arranged through NATA-accredited third-party testers.

Do you deliver outside Queensland?
Yes. We deliver to every Australian state and territory, with freight by Russell Transport, and we have supplied tanks as far as Fiji. Tanks travel whole up to the largest size that fits on a truck. For very large projects we fabricate the parts in our workshop and assemble the tank on site.
What grades of stainless steel do you work with?
304 and 316 stainless steel and higher alloys. We only fabricate stainless, with no carbon steel in our workshop, which keeps our sanitary work clean.
Can you build a tank to our exact size and shape?
Yes. Every tank we build is custom, round or square, from small process vessels to large silos, with the fittings, jackets and accessories your process needs.
Can you design a project even if you are not building it?
Yes. We design and engineer projects whether we build them or not, using 3D modelling to find clashes and interferences before anything is fabricated.
How do you test equipment before it leaves the workshop?
In our own workshop. We hydrostatically or air test pressure equipment (hydro testing depends on the size of the tank), carry out dye penetrant testing on welds, and check every job in a pre-delivery inspection before dispatch. Radiography and other testing (for example borescope inspection, riboflavin coverage testing, surface finish (profilometer) checks and material verification) can be arranged through NATA-accredited third-party testers to suit the job.
Do you modify or repair existing tanks?
Yes. We carry out modifications and repairs in our workshop and test the work before it goes back into service. We do not offer in-service inspections.
