Custom Fabrication With Experience
We fabricate tanks, pressure vessels, equipment and piping in our 16,872 square metre facility. To ensure the highest quality sanitary stainless steel products available, we control the process from design to completion and there is absolutely no carbon steel fabrication in our plant.
STA has a large number of highly skilled stainless tank-welders and fabricators. We ensure our staff have proficiency in Orbital Welding, Tungsten Arc Welding (TIG), Metal Inert Gas (MIG) and Flux Core Welding (FCAW) techniques.

Testing and Inspection
Our services include various testing and inspection facilities – Borescopic Inspection, Riboflavin Testing, Dye Penetrant Inspection, Profilometer Inspection, Viscosity Measurement, Material Inspection (Koslow), Radiography, Hydrostatic Pressure Testing, Plate Heat Exchanger Integrity Checks and all types of pump repair service.
